The 144000 | YaHuWaH's EndTime Army

A First Vision | Ellen White

The 144000 is so important to YaHuWaH that it was His first revelation to Ellen White and the emerging Laodicean Church, the Remnant Church, the Church of Laodicea, shortly after the Disappointment of October 22, 1844.

While I was praying at the family altar, the Ruach Ha'Qodesh fell upon me, and I seemed to be rising higher and higher, far above the dark world. I turned to look for the Advent people in the world, but could not find them, when a voice said to me, "Look again, and look a little higher". At this I raised my eyes, and saw a straight and narrow path, cast up high above the world. On this path the Advent people were traveling to the city, which was at the farther end of the path. They had a bright light set up behind them at the beginning of the path, which an Angel told me was the midnight cry. This light shone all along the path and gave light for their feet so that they might not stumble. If they kept their eyes fixed on YaHuWshuaH, who was just before them, leading them to the city, they were safe. But soon some grew weary, and said the city was a great way off, and they expected to have entered it before. Then YaHuWshuaH would encourage them by raising His glorious right arm, and from His arm came a light which waved over the Advent band, and they shouted, "Alleluia!" Others rashly denied the light behind them and said that it was not Elohiym that had led them out so far. The light behind them went out, leaving their feet in perfect darkness, and they stumbled and lost sight of the mark and of YaHuWshuaH, and fell off the path down into the dark and wicked world below. Soon we heard the voice of Elohiym like many waters, which gave us the day and hour of YaHuWshuaH's coming. The living Saints, 144,000 in number, knew and understood the voice, while the wicked thought it was thunder and an earthquake. When Elohiym spoke the time, He poured upon us the Ruach Ha'Qodesh, and our faces began to light up and shine with the glory of Elohiym, as Mosheh's did when he came down from Mount Sinai. The 144,000 were all sealed and perfectly united. On their foreheads was written, Elohiym, New Yerushalayim, and a glorious star containing YaHuWshuaH's new Name.

The questions we may now ask about the 144000 should include the following:

2. How are they expected to fulfil their tasks in the prevailing chaos?
3. What resources are they likely to be availed of to ensure success?
4. How long will it take to complete their task?

Question One
Role One | Conflict with Church Leadership

The War for the 144,000 began from the day they became members of the Church of Laodicea. First, their refusal to give allegiance to human beings like themselves, brought them into direct conflict with 'Constituted Authority'! Choosing to only counsel with brethren but being loyal to Elohiym alone. Taking instructions and assignments only from YaHuWaH directly. They were distrusted and maligned. When they were allowed to preach, cries of vetting future messages were heard. And marginalization followed!

8. But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even haMashiyach; and all ye are brethren.
9. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
10. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even haMashiyach.
11. But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
12. And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

25. But YaHuWshuaH called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
26. But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you,...

The Laodicean Church underwent the first Elohiym-guided organization in 1844. The next one was led by Elder James S. White. That organization was in perfect harmony with New Testament template as established by the Savior; and remained faithful to the 1844 structure and modus operandi. The system provided for direct individual relationship with the Savior. Each Adventist is to get their instructions and orders on his or her ministry direct from the Savior and not from any Minister or Conference. Each person is to counsel with other brethren and sisters on how to go about their Divine assignments if and when needed. But no man was to have any control of any other person in the House of Yashar'el or over any part of the work except that which they have received from Adonai for themselves.

But sadly by 1873, G. I. Butler decided that the Church was Laodicean and Laodiceans could not be managed or led according to gospel order and set about reorganizing the Church to suit Laodiceans! This eventually led to a situation that generated the conspiracy that sent Ellen White to Australia without one single ray of light from YaHuWaH for such a move. The 1873 disaster, led by Elder G. I. Butler, the General Conference President, was rejected by Elohiym Who sent his servants to correct the error and bring the Church back into a right relations with Him. The peak of it all was 1888 in Minneapolis! The cry from Heaven was, 'No Kingly Power' in the Church. No man is to have any authority over another in the house of Elohiym, for "all ye are brethren". By 1901, the Church was fully reorganized along gospel lines once again, and this time led by Alonzo T. Jones, fully backed by Ellen White and even brother John Kellogg, Jones, Waggoner, Willie White, Ellen G. White, Haskell, Magan, Spaulding. This was the third organization in Adventist history!

The opposition to the 1888 message was so virulent it led to Ellen White being exiled to Australia for her opposition to the Butler model of organization, and the expulsion of Elders Waggoner and Jones out of the Church by frustration!

Elder A. G. Daniels's entire twenty odd years' presidency was focused on nothing else but the dismantling of Alonzo Jones and the work he was led by Heaven to do. Thus, another reorganization of the Laodicean Church in 1903, the fourth, began! When this happened, the word from Heaven on April 23, 1903, was ...

... Who can truthfully say: "Our gold is tried in the fire; our garments are unspotted by the world"? I saw our Instructor pointing to the garments of so-called righteousness. Stripping them off, He laid bare the defilement beneath. Then He said to me: "Can you not see how they have pretentiously covered up their defilement and rottenness of character? 'How is the faithful city become an harlot!' My Father's house is made a house of merchandise, a place whence the divine presence and glory have departed! For this cause there is weakness, and strength is lacking".

Please do not fail to notice that the "Divine presence" departed from the Laodicean Church before April 23, 1903! That reorganization, the fourth reorganization, that began in 1903 is still on-going as we speak! Church members today have absolutely no voice in the running of the Church! Kings and princes in the shape of presidents and Pastors are in full control of what goes on and who says what and who does what! Adventism's reason for existence, the Everlasting gospel in the three Angels' Messages, has been abandoned! The Sanctuary Message has been fully repudiated as a relic of our 'phobic' past. The Beast is no longer whom the Bible says it is! Now you know the Divine commentary on this dire situation!

One man is not to think that he can be conscience for all... Human beings are to look to YaHuWaH Elohiym of Heaven alone for wisdom and guidance. In establishing and developing medical institutions, our brethren must not be asked to work in accordance with the plans of a kingly, ruling power. A change must be brought about. The plan to fasten every medical institution to the central organization at Battle Creek must be relinquished. This plan Elohiym forbids. For years I have been instructed that there is danger, constant danger, that our brethren will look to their fellow men for permission to do this or that, instead of looking to Elohiym. Thus they become weaklings, and permit themselves to be bound with man-made restrictions disapproved by Elohiym YaHuWaH can impress minds and consciences to do His work under bonds to Him, and in a spirit of fraternity that is in accordance with the principles of His law... . Elohiym knows the future. He is the One to whom we are to look for guidance. Let us trust Him to direct us in the development of the various branches of His work. Let none attempt to labor in accordance with unsanctified impulses...

It is dangerous work to invest men with authority to judge and rule their fellow-men. Not to you nor to any other man has been given power to control the actions of Elohiym's people, and the effort to do this must be no longer continued . Elohiym has been dishonored by the education that has been given to the Churches... in looking to one man as conscience and judgment for them. Elohiym has never authorized any man to exercise a ruling power over his fellow-workers; and those who have allowed a dictatorial spirit to come into their official work, need to experience the converting power of Elohiym upon their hearts. They have placed man where Elohiym should be. When men engage in labor for the souls of others, they are not to be made amenable to the will of their fellow-laborers. Elohiym is well able to direct the course of action of those who work for Him. But when His laborers, instead of calling upon Him, seek first and regard as of first importance the counsel and advice of human minds, He is dishonored. The method of sending one minister to another minister to learn his duty is a plan of working that should not be encouraged. Greater evils will result from such a course than finite and erring man can foresee. My brother, Elohiym lives and reigns. Let your brethren have the right of way to the footstool of Christ. Encourage them to carry their burdens to YaHuWaH, and not to any human being. Never take the responsibility of becoming conscience for another. As brethren, you can counsel together, and pray together, and seek instruction from the source of all wisdom; but you are not to seek to direct another regarding his duty. Let all work of this character be done away. Elohiym forbids that this spirit shall again come into His work while time shall last.

But here we wish it distinctly understood that officers were not ordained in the Natsariym (Christian) Church to order or command the Church or to lord it over Elohiym's heritage. ... They may counsel with the state conference committees in reference to ministers laboring here or there. But they should never direct... The minister who throws himself on any conference committee for direction takes himself out of the hands of Christ and that committee that into its own hands takes the work of directing the ambassadors for Christ takes a fearful responsibility. 'One is your Master, even Christ, And all ye are brethren.' MattithYahuw 23:8. May Elohiym preserve unto us our organization and form of Church discipline in its original efficiency”. That was 1863 not (18)73.

In effect, the Leadership of the Church totally cut off Elohiym from His 'people'. For more than 180 years, Elohiym could not communicate with His 'people'! When His patience wore out, He acted. When He acted, He took notice of the fact that His 'people' showed no interest in hearing from Him or relating with Him for those odd 180 years plus! They were in total agreement with 'Leadership'!

YaHuWaH Takes Action

15. “For look, YaHuWaH comes with fire and with His chariots, like a whirlwind, to render His displeasure with burning, and His rebuke with flames of fire.
16. “For by fire and by His sword YaHuWaH shall judge all flesh, and the slain of YaHuWaH shall be many
17. those who set themselves apart and cleanse themselves at the gardens after 'One' in the midst, eating flesh of pigs and the abomination and the mouse, are snatched away, together,” declares YaHuWaH.

4. "And YHWH said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Yerushalayim, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof."
5. "And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:"
6. "Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my Sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house."
7. "And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city."

15. For, behold, YaHuWaH will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
16. For by fire and by his sword will YaHuWaH plead with all flesh: and the slain of YaHuWaH shall be many.

The tension between the 144,000 and the official leadership was the burden of the Prophecy of ZekarYahuw chapter 6:3, where they were depicted as 'Bay' and 'Grisled' horses, respectively. The Grisled horses were working to lead the Church (Chariot) into the South Country (Egypt)! The Bay horses fought for freedom to go everywhere all over the Earth. (ZekarYahuw 6). The two horses were tethered to the Chariot and the Bay horses could not break away on their own to do the bidding of the Ruach Ha'Qodesh. After a while in the struggle, the command was given:

And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the Earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the Earth. So they walked to and fro through the Earth.

Role Two | Wheat Harvest (Bringing in the Multitude)

Clad in the armor of Christ's righteousness, the church is to enter upon her final conflict. "Fair as the moon, clear as the Sun, and terrible as an army with banners" (Song of Solomon 6:10), she is to go forth into all the world, conquering and to conquer.

After gaining the victory over Church authority, they now faced another formidable foe! Satan himself in the shape of the Dragon, the Beast and the False Prophet of Revelation 16:13. They were sought out and outlawed, ostracized and sentenced to death. But while the enemy was exhausting his energies, these chosen, tried and tested Warriors of the King of kings were busy flying without wings all over the world bringing in the Wheat Harvest. Preaching the Sabbath more fully, they brought in souls in droves and countless millions. The Time of Trouble for them became the most fruitful period in all of evangelical history. This was the fulfillment of the Prophecy of YeshaYahuw Chapter 66:15 - 23, as shown below:

18. For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.
19. And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and Javan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.

20. And they shall bring all your brothers as an offering to YaHuWaH out of all the gentiles, on horses and in chariots and in litters, on mules and on camels, to My set-apart mountain Yerushalayim,” declares YaHuWaH, “as the children of Yashar'el bring an offering in a clean vessel into the House of YaHuWaH.
21. “And from them too I shall take for Priests - for Lĕwites,” declares YaHuWaH.

22. “For as the new Heavens and the new Earth that I make stand before Me,” declares YaHuWaH, “so your seed and your name shall stand".
23. “And it shall be that from New Moon to New Moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before Me,” declares YaHuWaH.

34. Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.
35. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

45. “Because you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it crushed the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold, the great Elah has made known to the sovereign what shall be after this. And the dream is true, and its interpretation is trustworthy”.

15. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Role Three | YaHuWshuaH's heavenly Entourage

1. And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
2. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
3. And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four Beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the Earth.
4. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto Elohiym and to the Lamb.
5. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of Elohiym.

How wonderful to live life on this woefully sinful world and to be declared sinless! To be declared holy! Blameless! How? Grace, Mercy, Grace from an incredible Eloah! When the Son YaHuWshuaH makes you free, you are free indeed. Seek the true Savior, YaHuWshuaH, the Son of YaHuWaH our Elohiym. He will save you. He alone saved the 144,000 and has given them victory, victory over sin, the world, the Beast, the Image of the Beast, and Satan and death! For them has been reserved the rulership of the Universe, being with their matchless Savior wherever in the Universe He may be. What a destiny is theirs. In the words of the Ruach of Prophecy:

"Let us STRIVE with all the POWER Elohiym has given us to be among the 144,000".

21. “And from them too I shall take for priests - for Lĕwites,” declares YaHuWaH.
22. “For as the new Heavens and the new Earth that I make stand before Me,” declares YaHuWaH, “so your seed and your name shall stand.
23. “And it shall be that from New Moon to New Moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before Me,” declares YaHuWaH.

Haven made themselves familiar with and comfortable celebrating New Moon Days and YaHuWaH's other feasts just at the nick of time, they now rejoice with the rest of their surprised, resurrected brethren, in the blessings of celebrating these wonderful feasts for the rest of eternity.

What about the Songs of victory, the anthems of the saved; anthems of the Free?

9. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

3. And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.

3. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

1. On each side of the cloudy chariot were wings, and beneath it were living wheels; and as the chariot rolled upward, the wheels cried, “Holy,” and the wings, as they moved, cried, “Holy,” and the retinue of holy Angels around the cloud cried, “Holy, holy, holy, YaHuWaH El Shaddai!” And the Qodeshiym in the cloud cried, “Glory! Alleluia!” And the chariot rolled upward to the Holy City. Before entering the city, the Qodeshiym were arranged in a perfect square, with YaHuWshuaH in the midst. He stood head and shoulders above the Qodeshiym and above the Angels. His majestic form and lovely countenance could be seen by all in the square.

1. They sing “a new song” before the throne, a song which no man can learn save the hundred and forty and four thousand. It is the song of Mosheh and the Lamb — a song of deliverance. None but the hundred and forty-four thousand can learn that song, for it is the song of their experience — an experience such as no other company have ever had. “These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever He goeth.” These, having been translated from the Earth, from among the living, are counted as “the first fruits unto Elohiym and to the Lamb” (Revelation 15:2, 3; 14:1-5.) “These are they which came out of great tribulation”; they have passed through the time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation; they have endured the anguish of the time of Jacob's trouble; they have stood without an intercessor through the final outpouring of Elohiym's judgments. — The Great Controversy, 648, 649 (1911).

Beloved, note that we have only tried to capture of their role as is revealed in Scripture and the Ruach of Prophecy. But, remember this saying:

9. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which Elohiym hath prepared for them that love him.

Recall that we asked four questions of the 144000. We have addressed the first question relating to their role. Now, let us attempt answering the remaining questions. The Second question was:

Question 2 | Role inspite of chaos?

144000, battle-hardened; tried and tested; were fit for purpose. They faced a death sentence. There target audience were also facing death sentences! They could not buy or sell anything. Revelation 13:17. They needed to reach every nook and crany of the entire world. Obviously, flight tickets were out of the question! The global war, under the second 'woe' is raging! It is a most difficult time indeed for evangelism. Still, how did it go? Were they successful? Hear the Bible's testimony:

20. And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto YaHuWaH out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Yerushalayim, saith YaHuWaH, as the children of Yashar'el bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of YaHuWaH.
21. And I will also take of them for Priests and for Levites, saith YaHuWaH.

9. After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
10. And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our Elohiym which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

They won so many souls "which no man could number". How spectacular! Wonders, O Heaven.

Question 3 | Resources?

What resources did they have available to them? As earlier stated, buying 'flight tickets' will be out of the question. First, they had no money! They could not 'buy or sell', even if they had the money! So how did they manage mobility to enable them reach the entire world in so short a time? No cars, no planes, no trains!

37. And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that YaHuWshuaH haMashiyach is the Son of Elohiym.
38. And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.
39. And when they were come up out of the water, the Ruach YaHuWaH caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
40. But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.

Notice that the Apostle Philip did not need a Car or Chariot or Aeroplane to catch up with the Eunuch and did not need one to go to 'Azotus'. That is how the 144000 will reach every soul in the world for Ministry.

There bread and water was sure. And they were indestructible bearing the Seal of the Living Elohiym. They will be made immortal. This will be the result of the Latter Rain impelling the "Loud Cry" as well as the Savior's promise in this very context:

17. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
18. But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

Question 4 | Duration?

We know that the when the NSL-USA is legislated, 1260 days later, the UDD will be Promulgated but will be scheduled to go into effect at midnight, 15 days later. Revelation 7:1-3 was clear that the 'Winds' will not blow until the 'Servants' of Elohiym are 'sealed'. The fact of the NSL-USA will be proof that the Four Angels had been released and the 'Winds' have begun! Haven been sealed, the 144000 would have 1275 days to complete their work because, at mid-night on the 1275^th day, the Voice of Elohiym will call a halt to everything. Conclusion

3. Great is YaHuWaH, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
